# Subscription & Plans

> What's in each plan, what trial doesn't include, and how to upgrade.

## The plans

Pricing is per device, per month.

| Plan           | Price/device | Minimum devices      | Device limit | User limit |
| -------------- | ------------ | -------------------- | ------------ | ---------- |
| **Trial**      | Free         | 1                    | 10           | 2          |
| **Starter**    | ₹149         | 10 (₹1,490/mo min)   | 50           | 5          |
| **Growth**     | ₹249         | 30 (₹7,470/mo min)   | 150          | 25         |
| **Enterprise** | ₹399         | 100 (₹39,900/mo min) | Unlimited    | Unlimited  |

Trial runs for **15 days**, free, no card required.

<Note>
  Need a device limit or pricing arrangement outside what's listed here? Enterprise plans can be tailored to negotiated terms — reach out and we'll work it out directly rather than forcing it into a standard tier.
</Note>

## What Trial doesn't include

Worth knowing upfront, since it shapes what you can actually evaluate during your 15 days: **Trial covers device inventory, software inventory, real-time monitoring, and asset management — but not policies, alerts, remote commands, or reports.** Those unlock starting at Starter.

If you want to test policy enforcement, remote commands, or see a compliance report before committing, the fastest path is asking us to extend a trial with those features enabled rather than waiting to hit the wall organically.

## What each plan adds

Each tier builds on the one before it — everything in Starter is still in Growth and Enterprise, and so on.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Starter — adds policies, alerts, basic commands, and exports">
    * Alerts (in-app + email)
    * Basic remote commands: Restart, Shutdown, Refresh Inventory
    * Resource & uptime policies (CPU, RAM, disk usage, uptime)
    * Network information on devices
    * Location & department organization
    * Audit log access (30-day retention)
    * On-demand report exports
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Growth — adds advanced commands, more policy types, and scheduled reports">
    * Advanced remote commands: Collect Logs, Run Script, Update Agent
    * OS version, agent version, software, and asset-based policies (warranty expiry, asset age)
    * Webhook alerts
    * Scheduled reports — monthly compliance & policy-violation PDFs, daily email summary (see [Reports](/features/reports))
    * Longer audit log retention (90 days)
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Enterprise — adds SSO, API access, and integrations">
    * Single sign-on (SSO)
    * API access
    * Webhooks and custom integrations
    * Unlimited devices and users
    * Longest audit log retention (365 days)
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

<Tip>
  Not sure which tier covers something specific? The [Roles & Permissions](/core-concepts/roles-and-permissions), [Policies & Compliance](/core-concepts/policies), and [Remote Commands](/features/commands) pages describe each feature in full — this page is about which plan unlocks it, not how it works.
</Tip>

## Checking your usage

**Settings → Subscription** shows your current plan, device/user usage against your limits, and when your billing cycle renews. Only **Owner** can see billing details in full; **Admin** can view the plan and usage but not make changes — see [Roles & Permissions](/core-concepts/roles-and-permissions) for the full breakdown.

## Upgrading, downgrading, or renewing

This isn't self-serve yet — **reach out to us directly** to change plans, adjust your device limit, or renew. We'll confirm the change and it takes effect right away on our end; you'll see it reflected in your dashboard immediately.

## What happens if Trial runs out

If your 15 days end without upgrading, access pauses until a plan is applied — your data isn't deleted, and picking up where you left off is just a matter of reaching out to upgrade.
