Go to the sign-up page and fill in the form. Everything happens on one page — there’s no multi-step wizard.
1

Your name and work email

First name, last name, and your work email. This becomes your login and your account’s Owner — see Roles & Permissions for what that means.
2

Choose a password

Your password needs:
  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character (@ $ ! % * ? &)
If the form rejects your password without saying why, it’s almost always one of the four rules above — commonly a missing special character or uppercase letter.
Enter it twice to confirm.
3

Your company details

  • Company name — what you’ll see day-to-day, across your dashboard and reports.
  • Legal name — your company’s official registered name, used for invoicing.
These can be the same value if your company doesn’t operate under a separate trade name.
4

GSTIN (optional)

If your company is GST-registered in India, add your GSTIN here. It’s validated against the standard 15-character format (e.g. 22AAAAA0000A1Z5) and can be added or corrected later from Settings → Company Profile if you skip it now.
5

Create account

That’s it — no email confirmation step blocks you. You’re signed in immediately and land on your dashboard.

What happens next

Creating an account starts a 15-day free trial automatically — no card required. You’ll have access to core features (device inventory, real-time monitoring, asset tracking) for the full trial period; some features like scheduled reports and custom policy actions are available on paid plans. See Subscription & Plans for the full breakdown.
You can confirm your email address later from Settings → Company Profile. It’s not required to start using AssetGullak, but we’ll ask for it before certain account-level actions later on.

Signing in again later

Head to the sign-in page with your email and password. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on that page — you’ll get a reset link by email.

Next step

Invite your team and assign roles before you start installing agents — it’s easier to onboard devices once your IT team already has the right access.
