Once you’re signed in, the next step is getting your team in — before you start installing agents, since it’s easier to onboard devices when the right people already have access.
Only Owner and Admin can invite people or change someone’s role. If you don’t see an Invite user button, you don’t have one of those roles — ask whoever set up your account.

The Users page

Everything here lives under Users in the sidebar. Two tabs:
  • Users — everyone with access today, with their role and scope shown right on their row (e.g. “IT Admin · Company-wide” or “IT Operator · Finance”).
  • Invitations — anyone invited but not yet signed in.

Inviting someone

1

Click + Invite user

Top right of the Users page.
2

Enter their email address

They don’t need an account already — the invite creates one for them.
3

Pick a role

Choose from Admin, IT Admin, IT Operator, or Auditor. As you select a role, a short description appears underneath explaining what it can do — for example, IT Operator shows “Run commands and update devices.” For the full breakdown of each role, see Roles & Permissions.
Owner isn’t in this list — there’s only one per company, and it’s set automatically for whoever originally signed up.
4

Choose their access scope

Three options: Company-wide, Location, or Department. This choice is independent of the role you picked in the previous step — an Admin can be scoped to one office just as easily as an IT Operator can be company-wide.
  • Company-wide — they’ll see and act on everything, every location, every device.
  • Location or Department — pick which one(s); they’ll only see what’s inside it.
If you’re not sure which to pick, What “scoped” actually means covers it in more depth.
5

Send the invitation

They’ll get an email with a link to set up their account. Nothing about their access is active until they accept.

What the invited person sees

They’ll receive an email with a setup link. Opening it lets them set a password and takes them straight to the dashboard — their role and scope are already in effect from the moment they accept, no separate approval step on your end.

Checking on pending invitations

The Invitations tab shows anyone who hasn’t accepted yet. From here you can resend an invitation if it’s gone unanswered, or revoke it if you invited the wrong person or they no longer need access — a revoked invite link stops working immediately.
If the Invitations tab is empty, everyone you’ve invited has already accepted — there’s nothing waiting on your end.

Managing existing users

From the Users tab, the menu on anyone’s row lets you change their role, adjust their scope, or remove their access entirely — same permissions apply (Owner/Admin only). Changes take effect immediately; the person doesn’t need to log out and back in to see them.
